The prisoner complains that he is getting hot under all those layers of heavy rubber. The warden doesnt like her prisoners moaning so she shows him a lesson in manners he wont forget in a hurry as she covers his head with a plastic bag and laughs as she watches him use up that valuable oxygen!!
